Dry Fruit Shrikhand Recipe

American Dry Fruits Shrikhand is an easy to make dessert but the pre-preration is required to make hung curd. This is a Gujarati version of Shrikhand where American dry fruits give a sweet and crunchy taste to Shrikhand. I am fond of American dry fruit Shrikhand as well as Gujarati Matho. I believe Matho is slightly sweeter than dry fruit Shrikhand. I have provided a step by step preparation guide and video recipe for American dry fruits Shrikhand.
