Caramel Coconut Ladoo Recipe

Festive season has begun in India. So its time for some sweet dishes. Caramel Coconut Ladoo is one of the easiest recipes for the upcoming festivals. I tried preparing this at home and it was well received by the whole family. 

Ingredients for Caramel Coconut Ladoo

Condensed Milk 1 Cup

Desiccated coconut 2 Cups

Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Cardamom power 1/2 teaspoon

Water 500ml

Preparation Steps:

Take a vessel and pour water into it. Keep it on high flame and bring to boil.

Put the packed Milkmaid tin into the boiling water vessel. Keep it on medium flame for about two hours to caramelize the milk.

Take a mixing bowl. Add desiccated coconut, caramelised condensed milk, vanilla extract and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Now make round ladoos with the prepared mixture.

Coat the ladoos with desiccated coconut.

Caramel coconut ladoos are ready!
